Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid until 31 October 2025 or until Listing Positions have been filled.
Offer must be redeemed for use by 31 December 2025.
Exclusive Agency Agreement must be entered into for a minimum 90 day period with Roberto Lifestyle Properties Pty Ltd (Roberto Scartozzi), Elite Property Concierge Pty Ltd (Lisa Psaras) and Coastal Robina Pty Ltd (the Agents) to confirm your listing position.
Property Concierge is complimentary for the duration of the campaign and is provided from execution of the Agency Form 6 Agreement. Any trade introductions, co-ordination of services, project management or property management service provided throughout the campaign is strictly upon vendor approval.
Property Concierge includes but is not limited to the following support:
Expert consultation and insights into home improvements that improve sale results
Access to extensive network of trades and suppliers
Co-ordination of quotes and project costings
Scheduling of works
Providing on the ground support during works and trade attendance
Holding of keys if required
Attending the property bi-weekly if vacant
Co-ordinating and attending scheduled styling, photography and / or videography, floor plan measure, pest, building and pool inspection and arranging access to the property for any ongoing maintenance of gardens and pool throughout the campaign
The engagement of any trades and execution of works is conducted only once vendor approval is established.
Access to campaign funding is provided by Roberto Lifestyle Properties Pty Ltd (Roberto Scartozzi), Elite Property Concierge Pty Ltd (Lisa Psaras) and Coastal Robina Pty Ltd (the Agents) upon Form 6 Agreement execution.
Campaign Funding is provided via Property Credit. Funding is subject to financial assessment and credit criteria of Property Credit and is based upon home-equity funding. Funding will incur a monthly fee of approximately 1.95% payable upon settlement.
Campaign funding includes
campaign advertising + styling costs are funded directly to Trust account of Coastal Robina Pty Ltd
pre-sale home improvement funding (based on equity) is funded separately and held in Trust by Property Credit for payment to trades and service providers
deposit funding and / or bridging finance (based on equity) are funded separately
Property Credit approval is generally granted within 24-48 hours..
Payments to trades and/or service providers are made within 1 business day of the invoice being presented.
Repayment of the total funded amount (less interest) to Property Credit is made at settlement.
The lending period is generally up to 90 days, unless otherwise negotiated with Property Credit.
Campaign funding is repaid in full at settlement. Should the property be withdrawn from market at any time during the campaign, total monies funded plus all interest charges will be the responsibility of the vendor(s).
Access to Deposit Funding and / or Bridging Finance allowing you to purchase your next home during your campaign is based on your equity position and is discussed directly between the vendor(s) and Property Credit.
The marketing voucher is applied to your final campaign statement. Should the property be withdrawn from market at any time during the campaign, the vendor(s) is responsible for paying all advertising costs as per the agreed marketing schedule referred to within the Form 6 Agency Agreement plus Campaign Funding and accrued interest referred to in this offer.
The marketing campaign schedule will be created in consultation between the agents and the vendor(s) and will form part of the Agency Form 6 Agreement.
Method of sale will be determined in consultation between the agents and the vendor(s).
