From the moment you appoint us, we coordinate the preparation and presentation, oversee the details and keep you informed through to settlement. If you have already moved or are travelling, we can oversee the property in your absence.
Campaign & pre-sale improvement funding
Prefer to defer the upfront costs? Eligible marketing, styling and agreed pre-sale improvement costs can be funded through Property Credit and deferred until settlement. Subject to eligibility and approval; fees and terms apply.
