Roberto & Lisa work very closely with you to highlight areas in which improvements may impact the appeal and value of your home. Providing introductions to contractors, arranging quotes and managing any works in preparation for and during your sale campaign.
If you are vacating the home during this time and throughout the campaign, we will manage the property on your behalf. Many of our clients hand over the property when commencing the refresh, enjoying 24/7 support for the duration of the campaign.

Both Roberto and Lisa are always present at every Open Home. All guests are welcomed personally, checked in to the buyer portal and liaised with throughout their visit.
