From the moment you appoint us, we work alongside you to shape a strategy around your property, its likely buyer and the outcome you want to achieve.
We guide the preparation of the home for photography and videography, develop the campaign story and coordinate how that story is expressed across digital, social and print.
Once the campaign is live, we manage the property’s presentation, every open-home experience and the wider buyer journey—from initial enquiry and follow-up through to negotiation and settlement.
If you have already moved, are travelling or simply prefer to step away from the day-to-day management, we can oversee the property in your absence while keeping you closely informed.

Subject to approval, eligible costs associated with marketing, styling and agreed pre-sale works may be deferred until settlement, with monthly fees applying.
Property Credit may also provide access to deposit funding and bridging finance, allowing you to consider your next property while your current home is being sold.
