There are three ways we can work together:
1 Renovate Consultation $295 incl. GST
An onsite consultation to explore your property, priorities and whether renovating is the right next step. Includes a written summary of our observations and recommendations.
2 Project Direction $990 incl. GST
A tailored Project Brief bringing together agreed priorities, scope, design direction and budget considerations. May include concept renders, depending on the agreed scope.
3 Project Coordination from $3,250 incl. GST
For owners who want support putting the plan into action. Project Establishment starts from $3,250 incl. GST. Ongoing coordination of the agreed works, professionals, costs and timing through to handover is separately scoped and priced.
